COLOCATION SERVICES
Private data center suites, walled off for a single tenant
A walled room inside our data center, leased to one tenant and finished to your specification. Colocation at its most private, on a platform we own end to end.

PRIVATE SUITES
A data center of your own, inside ours
A private suite is a walled-off room leased to one organization. Solid walls floor to ceiling, a dedicated entrance, and access limited to the people you authorize. Where a cage secures your equipment inside the shared data hall, a suite removes you from the shared hall entirely.
Think of it as the in-house data center you’d otherwise have to build, without the construction, the capital or the operations staff. Power distribution, cooling, containment and security controls get engineered around one tenant: you. Behind your walls, the building, the redundant systems and the 24/7/365 on-site team are owned and operated by ValorC3, and the shared platform is what keeps the economics working in your favor.
WHY A PRIVATE SUITE
Where a colocation suite is the right answer
Some deployments need more than a secured space in a shared hall. These are the teams that take the whole room.
Strict compliance regimes
When the audit calls for full physical isolation, hard walls, a dedicated entrance and your own access logs settle it.
Replacing an in-house data center
All the control of a room you built, without construction capital or facility staff. Our platform carries the rest.
Largest retail footprints
Deployments measured in rows get a room engineered around them, with layout, power and cabling planned as one system.
Custom environments
Containment, monitoring, access systems and floor plan built to your standard, not adapted from a shared hall’s design.
Sensitive operations
Financial systems, government-adjacent work and infrastructure that policy says nobody else should see. Nobody else does.
Room built into the plan
Grow inside your own walls on your own schedule. Racks, power and layout changes happen in your room, not a shared hall.

OUR INFRASTRUCTURE
A room this private still needs a platform behind it
Hard walls don’t cool servers or hold up through a utility failure. What does is the building around them: redundant power and cooling, UPS protection, backup generators and a carrier-neutral meet-me room, all owned and operated by ValorC3 and staffed by our own team every hour of the year.
Your suite draws on that platform through infrastructure dedicated to your room. Power distribution sized to your commitment, cooling and containment designed for your layout, fiber paths to the carriers and a 100G Megaport on-ramp to the major clouds. Space for staging, storage and your own technicians is part of the floor plan, not an afterthought.
CUSTOMER STORY
A compliance requirement, resolved with a floor plan
Picture a regional bank whose examiners flag shared infrastructure as an emerging finding. Moving core systems into a private suite gives the next examination a different answer: a dedicated room, a documented access list and a perimeter the bank controls. That’s the shape of most suite decisions. Not a crisis, but an auditor, a policy or a growth plan that a shared hall can’t answer cleanly.
“We’d tested it so many times that the real failover felt like another drill.” — IT Director, regional credit union
RELATED SERVICES
Not sure a private suite is the right fit?
Colocation scales down as well as up. Here’s the rest of the ladder, plus the track for deployments bigger than any room.
Build to suit development
When one room can’t hold it, we design and build entire data centers to your specification in 24 months.
Private cages
Mesh-walled space of your own inside the data hall. Real separation and a layout you control, without a suite’s buildout.
Full colocation cabinets
A locking cabinet with redundant power, sized for a deployment that fills a rack and wants the facility to do the rest.
Partial cabinets
Server colocation in 1/3 and 1/2 cabinets. A secured slot for a few servers, priced for the space you use.
Remote hands
Reboots, swaps, cabling and troubleshooting by the team already on the floor. Hourly, authorized, documented.
Cross connects
A direct line from your equipment to on-site carriers and the Megaport cloud on-ramp in the meet-me room.
