COLOCATION SERVICES
Data Center Colocation: Reliable infrastructure in facilities we own and operate
Cabinets, cages and private suites in data centers we own and operate. Carrier-neutral connectivity, 100G cloud on-ramps and on-site technicians, 24/7.
OWNED AND OPERATED
Colocation should be invisible until the moment you need it
Redundant power, redundant cooling and concurrently maintainable design mean scheduled maintenance never takes your equipment offline. We own every facility we operate, so reliability is ours to control, not a landlord’s promise.
Carrier-neutral connectivity, 100G cloud on-ramps and our own technicians on-site around the clock. The person who answers already knows your environment.
WHAT WE OFFER
Colocation deployments for every footprint
From a single rack to a dedicated data hall, colocation that scales with your business.
Partial cabinets
Server colocation in third and half cabinets. Secured, powered rack space priced for the capacity you use.
Learn MoreFull cabinets
Dedicated, locking colocation cabinets with redundant A+B power. The standard for production environments filling a full rack.
Learn MorePrivate cages
Mesh-walled colocation cages for multi-rack deployments requiring physical separation, custom layouts and room to expand.
Learn MorePrivate suites
Fully enclosed rooms built to your specifications for the largest enterprise deployments. Complete physical isolation, scoped with your team.
Learn MoreBuild to suit
Entire data centers designed and delivered to your exact requirements in 24 months. Built for single-tenant deployments that outgrow any suite.
Learn MorePROVEN TRACK RECORD
Engineered for the workloads that can’t go down
N+1 generators, dual UPS systems and concurrently maintainable design mean a utility event or a scheduled repair never becomes your outage. Every layer, from power to cooling, is built with redundancy we work on without you noticing.
That’s the difference between reliable on paper and reliable when the grid fails, a component drops, or maintenance has to happen on a Tuesday afternoon.
STRATEGIC LOCATIONS
Data centers in high-growth regional markets
Markets selected for strong network infrastructure, competitive power rates and low natural disaster risk.
Boise, Idaho
Home to BOI-1 and BOI-2, our enterprise campus, with strong regional connectivity, competitive Idaho power rates and low seismic risk.
Learn More
St. George, Utah
Serving southern Utah and the Wasatch Front on a separate power grid and network path, true geographic diversity for disaster recovery.
Learn More
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
OKC-1 is fully leased, proof of the demand our enterprise colocation and build-to-suit capabilities can meet, in a hardened, weather-engineered facility.
Learn MoreSECURITY and COMPLIANCE
Security you can verify, not just take our word for it
Layered physical security, from perimeter access control to biometric entry at the cabinet level, protects every deployment in every facility we operate.
Documented access logs, 24/7 surveillance and audit-ready operations support the compliance frameworks your business depends on, backed by a team that stands behind every control in person.
NETWORK AND CONNECTIVITY
Carrier-neutral facilities built for performance
Connect to carriers, clouds and your own infrastructure on your terms.
Carrier-neutral MMRs
Cross connect to on-site carriers on your terms. No house network requirement, no preferred vendor, no barrier to the design your architecture calls for.
Learn MoreBlended IP transit
Multi-carrier blend with automatic failover and BGP, engineered and managed by our own network team. One connection, one invoice, continuity through carrier events.
Learn MoreCloud on-ramps
Private on-ramps to AWS, Azure and Google Cloud for hybrid architectures that keep steady workloads on your equipment and burst workloads in the cloud.
Learn MoreCOLOCATION USE CASES
What our customers rack first
Locked cabinets for production, disaster recovery, network, and private cloud hardware.
Production workloads
Line-of-business applications, databases and virtualization hosts run on redundant power and cooling, with 24/7 facility access whenever your team needs it.
Private cloud
Run your own stack on your own hardware, with our facility underneath it and cross connects and Megaport on-ramps tying it to the rest of your architecture.
Disaster recovery
A DR cabinet in a second facility keeps recovery running when your primary site goes down, no second lease to manage and no second team to staff.
Cloud repatriation
Bring selected workloads back from public cloud onto hardware you control. Keep remaining cloud services on a Megaport on-ramp for a hybrid design.
Edge networking
Carrier-neutral rack space for routing and switching gear, with cross connects to every carrier in the building and low-latency reach to the markets you serve.
AI inference
Inference infrastructure your office was never built to power or cool, deployed on cabinet densities engineered for the workload instead of retrofitted for it.

Your colocation service questions, answered
What buyers ask when evaluating colocation, data centers and network options
What is colocation?
Colocation means housing your own servers and network equipment in a third-party data center instead of building and maintaining your own facility. You own the hardware, we provide the space, power, cooling, security and connectivity it runs on.
What is a colocation data center?
A colocation data center is a facility built and operated specifically to house equipment for multiple customers, with the power, cooling, security and network infrastructure a business would otherwise need to build in-house.
What are the benefits of colocation?
Colocation gives you enterprise-grade power, cooling, security and connectivity without the capital cost of building it yourself. You keep full control of your hardware and configuration, while we handle the facility, physical security and uptime.
Colocation vs. cloud: what’s the difference?
Colocation is your own physical hardware, housed in our facility. Cloud is infrastructure you rent, running on someone else’s hardware. Many businesses use both, colocation for predictable, steady-state workloads and cloud for burst capacity or workloads that need to scale on demand.
What’s included with colocation?
Space, power and cooling for your equipment, physical security, carrier-neutral network connectivity and on-site technicians. Support services like remote hands and cross connects are available as needed.
What is a cross connect?
A cross connect is a direct physical cable connection between your equipment and another party’s, a carrier, a cloud provider or another tenant, inside the same facility. It’s faster and more secure than routing that connection over the public internet.
How is colocation priced?
Colocation is typically priced by the space you use, a partial cabinet, full cabinet, cage or suite, plus power draw. Connectivity, cross connects and support services like remote hands are usually priced separately based on what you need.
What are remote hands services?
Remote hands services let our on-site technicians perform physical tasks on your equipment when you can’t be there in person, reboots, cable management, hardware swaps, visual inspections and more. It’s the difference between flying someone out for a routine task and getting it handled the same day by someone already on the floor.
