OVERVIEW

Colocation deployment without travel

Managed colocation removes distance from the equation. Your equipment arrives at our dock, and our data center technicians receive it, rack and stack it to your elevation plan, cable and label every run and power it up for your sign-off. From there, remote hands support covers the physical layer, on a ticket, around the clock.

The service is built for remote deployments. Out-of-market teams standing up recovery sites, MSPs deploying client environments across state lines and IT departments with better uses for a week than freight logistics.

USE CASES

Deployments completed without a site visit

If it starts on a pallet and ends in a rack, we manage the middle.

Managed install

Full rack and stack from a shipped pallet. Receiving, unboxing, mounting to your elevation plan, power-up and burn-in confirmation, documented and photographed.

Cable and label

Every run dressed, terminated and labeled to your standard or ours, keeping the environment legible for the life of the deployment.

Out-of-market DR

Stand up a recovery site in St. George or Boise without deploying personnel. Ship the equipment, approve the plan and bring your DR footprint live on a separate grid.

MSP deployments

Deploy and support client environments in markets you don’t staff. Our technicians operate as your field team, on your tickets, under your process.

Hardware refreshes

New equipment installed, retired equipment decommissioned, with documented chain of custody. A refresh cycle that runs on tracking numbers instead of travel budgets.

Learn More

Ongoing support

After the install, the same team remains available 24/7 for swaps, reboots, moves and troubleshooting. Deployment day is the last day the site requires your presence.

OUR TEAM

An installation team with an owner’s knowledge

Every install is completed by ValorC3’s own data center technicians, working in facilities we own and operate. They receive your freight, verify it against the manifest, build to your documentation and flag discrepancies before they become mysteries. The same team answers your remote hands tickets afterward, so the people maintaining the environment are the people who built it.

CUSTOMER STORY

A recovery site deployed 400 miles from the team

A Portland software company required an inland recovery site, positioned away from Cascadia seismic risk, with no team availability for the buildout. The company shipped four pallets to Boise with an elevation plan and a cabling standard. ValorC3 technicians received, racked, cabled, labeled and powered the environment, then delivered photos and port maps for sign-off. Replication was running within the week. No site visit has been required since.

“We’d tested it so many times that the real failover felt like another drill.” — IT Director, regional credit union
